Duties :
|
Translate project vision and construct 2D and 3D visuals for architectural presentations
Lead effort to develop international clients and produce high level renderings, marketing collateral, presentations and animations on time and within budget
Maintain / improve process and workflow to improve efficiency and quality
Act as project manager for visualization team including scheduling time and resources, preparing quotes and outlining deliverables
Identify and work with Directors/Principals to develop new internal client relationships
Coordinate various proposals and presentations

Qualifications :
|
7-10 years experience leading with in-house or agency design teams
Should have proven 2D, 3D and multimedia experience
Expert with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop
Must have a suitable qualification from reputed institute or equivalent experience
Animation / Video experience preferred
Experience with Photoshop / Post production
Proven Leadership / Management / Quality Control experience
Working knowledge of Auto CADD/ Revit
Architecture, engineering, interior design and/or landscape architecture firm experience a plus
