Q-1 What is DeAryans Pvt. Ltd.?
A-1  DeAryans is a Pvt. Ltd. is the only Company dealing in organised
retailing of Artifacts (Art Object). 

Q-2 Who is promoter of the Company?
A-2  Mrs.Kalpana Doshi who is an artist herself is the director of the
company and is wife of Mr. Ashit Doshi - MD of Doshion. 

Q-3 What is Art-O-Heart ?

A-3  Art-O-Heart is  the brand name of DeAryans Showroom.

Q-4 What is Business of Art-O-Heart ?
A-4  It’s in an exclusive ‘Artefact’ business. It deals in art pieces which are one of a kind and brought together from world over.

Q-5 Scope of Business ?

A-5 Retail, Corporate & Institutional client.             

Q-6 What is constitute of Product / Products ?
A-6 There are more than 2000 + Products to offer with  different combination  viz.; Category like Porcelain, Metal, Stone, Wood and  Petrified Wood and others…….. 
            
Q-7 What is source of Product / Products ?
A-7 Procurement  its sourced across the Globe viz. Europe, Asia & Latin America etc.

Q-8 Do you keep Multiple pieces of a product ?

A-8  Not as a policy, since we want each of our clients to have something unique. Still for any reason if any piece is required in multiples than it can be made to order. 

Q-9 For Wooden carved panels, what care should be taken ?
A-9 No special care is necessary. To avoid dust or spider webs you may use low pressure air as and when necessary. Air blow should be done from a distance as its very delicate. 

Q-10 Prices  ?

A-10 The TAG prices are inclusive of VAT, Packing and Forwarding charges in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Delivery outside these places will be chargeable at reasonable rates.

Q-11 Packaging & Forwarding ?
A-11 Packaging : Packing of product depends on the Size & Material of the product. Small products are packed in a Thermo coal & Card Box Packing, Stone & bulky product packed in wooden Box, but utmost care will be taken to protect the product during transit.

Forwarding : Portable goods shall be delivered to Customer from Showroom while non portable goods shall be delivered to respective destination from our godown .
              
Q-12 Payment ?
A-12 Payment should be in Cash / Credit Card / Debit Card. Payment thru Cheque / DD acceptable but delivery will be made after realization of Payment.

Q-13  ShowRoom Working ?

A-13 Showroom opens from 09.30 AM to 9.30 PM for Staff & for Customer 10.30 AM to 9.00 PM on all week days including Sunday & Holiday unless & otherwise declared Holidays. (Lunch break shall be 1.30 PM to 2.00 PM, weekly off to staff shall be observed )

Q-14 Banker of the Company ?

A-14 AXIS Bank Ltd (UTI) is our Banker, our A/C is at SG Road Branch. Having net banking facilities.    Q-15 Are we able to give Tax invoice ?
A-15 Yes, we can. We are registered firm having TIN No. VAT No.  24073404924 dated 26/02/07 CST  No.  24573404924 dated 26/02/07.

Q-16 Facilities  at Show Room.
A-16 We have following facilities at the Show Room,
            - Supported by courteous CSA.
            - Credit / Debit Card Swiping Machine.
            - Local Delivery facility
            - In House Music Systems
            - LCD Display
            - Product Catalogue & Literature
            - Computerised billing Systems (Manual in case of System Break down)
            - CCTV
             - Fire Extinguisher Systems
             - Day & Night Security & Handler
             - Drinking Water
             - Wash room
             - Emergency Phone Details.  
               (Additional facilities of Field Staff for Corporate & Institutional Sales)

Q-17 Do you have any other ShowRoom ?
A-17 At present we sell all over the country from our Two Show-Rooms, i.e. From Ahmedabad and from Mumbai. Other two show-rooms are planned in Delhi and Banglore.

Q-18 Discount Policy ?

A-18 Inaugural discount of 10 % flat on all Products shall be applicable W.E.F. 4th September to 30th September 2007. 

Q-19 Are we interested in franchisee ?

A-19  Pl. contact our Vice President Mr. Arun Sen for any such discussion.

Q-20 Breakage / Damage policy ?
A-20 In case of Damage / Breakage by Customer or by staff the cost of  Product will be born by concerned.

Q-21 Customer wants to avoid tax by skipping invoice ?

A-21 It’s a Company’s policy to pay tax for every transaction, whether Customer wants Invoice or not, we pay the tax.

Q-22 Installation & Fixation of Products at Customer Premises ?
A-22 Normally our product doesn’t require any installation, but in certain products fixation may be required. In a special case we can extend the support, but the cost will be borne by the customer.

Q-23 What is Warranty / Guarantee policy of the Company ?
A-23 We do not offer any warranty / Guarantee.

Q-24 What about repair & replacement ?

A-24 No replacement is allowed & regarding the repair if any the same shall be done in house by the Manager Show Room.

Q-25 What is the guarantee and waranty on the products?

A-25 There is no guarantee and waranty on any products.Buy at your own risk
